Validation connected to real project risks
Testing is planned around the intended environment, product configuration and agreed acceptance criteria so that engineering decisions can be verified before mass production.
Validation Scope
Testing Methods
Each method answers a defined engineering question. The applicable method, sample configuration and acceptance criteria are confirmed for the project before testing begins.

IP Protection Testing
IP65 and IP67 testing checks enclosure performance under defined water exposure. The test configuration is reviewed alongside sealing interfaces and installation direction.
- Testing Purpose
- Evaluate enclosure protection under the defined water-exposure method applicable to the approved product configuration.
- What We Validate
- Sealing interfaces, enclosure joints, cable entry and the assembled sample in its agreed test orientation.

Salt Spray Testing
Salt spray testing evaluates corrosion resistant lighting materials, coatings and exposed interfaces for coastal environments, high-humidity areas and outdoor applications.
- Testing Purpose
- Review the selected material, finish and exposed hardware system under controlled salt-spray exposure.
- What We Validate
- The agreed sample configuration, coating continuity, fasteners and exposed material interfaces after the defined exposure and inspection process.

Temperature & Humidity Cycling
Environmental cycling simulates changes that can affect materials, seals, connections and electronics when a luminaire moves between demanding operating conditions.
- Testing Purpose
- Assess how the approved assembly responds to defined changes in temperature and humidity.
- What We Validate
- Sealing behavior, material interfaces, electrical connections and observable signs of condensation or operational instability.

Aging Testing
Controlled aging checks how the approved lighting configuration behaves during extended operation and helps identify thermal or electrical instability before production.
- Testing Purpose
- Observe the approved lighting configuration during an agreed period of continuous or repeated operation.
- What We Validate
- Electrical function, thermal stability and consistent operation of the assembled sample under the defined test conditions.
